How Can We Help

While technically these hearings are solely to determine whether probable cause exists to charge an individual with a crime, more often than not, an experienced attorney can resolve the case without further Court involvement.

Resolving a case at this level is a huge victory for the client as the charge will never show up on any record search, and is kept as private information at the Court. All District Courts, including Juvenile Courts, handle these and sometimes it is possible to have an open criminal charge dismissed and sent back to such a hearing if the proper procedures were not followed.
